You might recognize these characters from the Beano's THE
BASH STREET KIDS.
We found models who looked the part, then stylist Glynis
Cox dressed them and make-up artist Katherine Ross painted
their faces. System work to complete the cartoon effect was
done in Photoshop and Live Picture.
